Endurance Roll Technology
When you join the Endurance Roll program, we upgrade your roller mills with technologically advanced rolls. We’ve done the tests and made the comparisons to prove it. Our endurance rolls are designed to last 3 to 5 times longer than standard cast iron roller mill rolls. When your rollers last this long, it means fewer roll changes, less downtime, and increased output.
Data-Driven Insights
All of our innovations are based on testing and data. We believe in collecting, analyzing, and using data to improve industrial operations. We can show you with our proven data models how rolls are wearing down and becoming less effective, resulting in less precise and inconsistent particle sizes. Endurance Rolls last longer, but we also keep an eye on how they’re wearing and do maintenance and make roll changes as needed.

You can now get our best roller mill rolls even if you don’t have RMS equipment. Our Endurance Roll program is open to anyone with a qualified roller mill. This includes mills from other companies and older RMS mills.
Contact us to find out if your roller mill qualifies for Endurance Rolls. If it does, we will be on site to upgrade your rolls and make necessary adjustments to the machine, such as replacing old bearings.
