SEND US YOUR SAMPLE
Mail us your sample or drop it off in person—whatever works best for you. The sample lets us replicate your production goals and set accurate testing parameters.
TESTING PROCESS
We process your material on RMS equipment, adjusting roll corrugations and machine settings to target your desired particle size and throughput. This step identifies how your material responds to different configurations and what it takes to reach your processing goals.
GET YOUR RESULTS
You’ll receive a detailed report with particle distribution data, micron averages, and our recommendation for the best particle size solutions. Whether you’re producing animal feed, processing minerals, or working with specialty materials, the results help define the right grinding solutions for your process.
What Does a Test Report Look Like?
Each test grind includes a complete performance overview, showing how your material performed and what setup delivered the results:
- Particle size distribution curve – Visualizes how your material breaks down across size ranges, helping you assess consistency.
- Micron average and standard deviation – Gives you the numbers behind the grind, showing both your target size and how tightly your product holds to that range.
- Recommended roll configuration – Tells you which roll setup and machine settings produced the best results during testing.
- Pre- and post-grind product photos – Lets you compare your raw material to the finished product for a full-picture view of the grind.
