Double Pair Cracker
Our Double Pair Crackers are ideal for operations that need to dehull soybeans into 4-6 pieces while minimizing the number of fine particles.
These machines also feature our Endurance rolls, which last 3-5 times longer than standard rolls. This means much less downtime, because you don’t have to change out the rolls every 90 days. You will also save money by not having to buy as many new rolls or pay for the labor to install them.
Additionally, these machines have the option to include real-time roll wear data/tracking, which enables data-driven decisions.
VersaMill®
For large operations, our VersaMill® is excellent for applications requiring a wide array of grind specifications or the need for ultimate control.
This machine has no belts or pulleys, so it has fewer wear components. This also makes it 15-30% more efficient than a belted cracker/roller mill.
It also features an energy recovery panel and Independent Roll speed controls to accommodate changes in moisture, etc. This machine also enables you to use our Roll Gap and AccuGap® calibration for increased convenience and control.
