Automatic Greasing System
Our automatic grease system is designed to deliver specific amounts of grease to machinery on a predetermined schedule to optimize performance and reduce wear and damage. The design delivers the right amount of grease to the right location, avoiding over- or under-lubrication and mistiming of lubrication.

Adjusting the Pump Settings
The automatic greasing system will come from the factory with pre-set lubrication settings based on the size of machine. These settings can be changed as needed by adjusting the "Lubrication Time" and "Cycle Duration" dials. (See Example Below)
See the steps below to adjust the settings:
- Locate the dials on the pump directly below the grease reservoir
- Remove the protective cover
- Adjust the Lubrication Time dial as needed using a flathead screwdriver
- The Lubrication Time refers to the number of cycles that the pump performs
- Adjust the Cycle Duration dial as needed using a flathead screwdriver
- The Cycle Duration refers to the amount of time between cycles
- Replace the protective cover
Filling the Reservior
To fill the reservior, locate the grease zerk directly below the reservior. (See Picture Below) Attach a manual or electric grease gun to the grease zerk, and fill to the max fill line.
Note: Do not fill past the maximum fill line!
