Remedy Brewing—Getting the Grind Right

See How We Helped Remedy Get a Consistent Grind

Remedy Brewing in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was already using our double pair mill when they contacted us with a problem. They weren’t getting a consistent grind, and this was disrupting the brewing process.

An RMS technician came straight to Remedy to find a solution. He helped the brewer and other staff calibrate the roller and perform a grind analysis. The technician trained the staff on the correct use and maintenance of the mill.

The result of our intervention was that Remedy was able to finally achieve a consistent grain grind, saving them money, reducing waste, and improving overall brewery efficiency.
