PARTICLE SIZE TESTING LAB

Particle size testing down to a science.
There’s a science to what we do. And it all starts in our Test Lab.We can tell you how well your current particle size reduction methods are processing your products. And we can grind your products with various test mills to find the exact machine and roll corrugations for you. If you’d like to see how your current equipment is performing, send us a product sample to analyze.

A word about consistency.
We’ve been in the particle reduction business for over 25 years and know all about uniform particle size and standard deviation. We use procedures approved and developed by Kansas State University to test your samples and make recommendations for improvement. Take a look at these examples from a Particle Analysis Report – the pride and joy of our engineering folks.
